The three colours of Estabel

The Estabel white 'Clairette du Languedoc' is famous for its mellowness and for the freshness of its aroma of citrus fruits. It is ideal with seafood and grilled fish and should be served between 6° and 10° Celsius.

This rosé presents all the qualities of the Cinsault grape. A fine, fruity nose, delicately perfumed with flowers. This supple but full-bodied wine is an ideal accompaniment to all meals, and best served between 8° and 10° Celsius.

The Estabel Red has the deep red colour of a young wine. Its complex bouquet of red fruits changes with ageing to a more spicey nose. It can be drunk with confidence and enjoyed at any time. Serve at between 15° and 17° Celsius.
