A
lively but mellow white wine, this Clairette has aromas
of grapefruit and aniseed. Perfect with entrées,
seafood, baked fish and cheese, it should be served
chilled, between 8° and 10° Celsius.
The
mixture of Cinsault and Grenache grapes used for this
wine gives it a fruity, rounded taste, and displays
the predisposition of the soil of Cabrières
for the production of rosé wine.
The Prestige is delicate and expressive, with a taste
associating freshness with force. Serve at between
8° and 11° Celsius.
Made
from the black Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah
grapes grown in some of our best vineyards, this wine
is aged in oak barrels, producing a dark ruby colour
with aromas of red and black fruits, and an agreeable
woody taste.
The tannin helps develop a well-balanced taste, mellow
yet fruity. It can be laid down to mature in a wine
cellar. Serve with game, leg of lamb or grilled steak
at a temperature of between 15° and 17° Celsius.
